Chef Ian is a Colorado Springs native who began his culinary career washing dishes in 2009. He has since worked under several chefs, including as sous chef at IV by Brother Luck. Dedrickson pursues a goal of helping to grow the Colorado Springs culinary scene to its greatest creative and quality potential.

A Colorado Springs native with 11 years of experience in professional kitchens. His goal in cooking is to bring joy and memories to guests. He takes inspiration from Chef David Chang in both culinary style and philosophy.

A Colorado native who left Colorado Springs in 2011 to pursue culinary school in Denver. She worked and lived there for 7 years working in as many restaurants as she could before moving back to the Springs and started working at IV by Brother Luck, eventually moving up to Sous Chef. Chef Nora believes that this little big town is one of the upcoming culinary towns and can’t wait to be apart of it!

Jasmine Dillavou is the Creative Director for Ephemera and founder of Dillavou Curation LLC with 9 years of experience in the Colorado Springs Arts Community. Her passion lies in uplifting underrepresented creatives through curated spaces.
